How to reach us
Email is the quickest way and is read by a person, not an automated system. Most messages are answered within one working day and all within three.
- Email: support@amalte.shop — for anything at all, including cancellation, refunds, complaints, and requests about your personal data.
- Telephone: +44 7486106187 — Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm UK time.
- Post: the registered office address above, marked for the attention of Wrongstep.
There is no sales team to contact and no call to book. Everything the service does is on the public pages, and the tool itself works without an account.
What the service is
Wrongstep is a subscription information service. It explains which kinds of step in flat-pack and board-panel assembly cannot be undone if they go wrong, why each of those cannot be undone, what to confirm before doing one, and — equally — which kinds of step do not matter much if they go wrong.
It supplies no assembly steps for any product. It reproduces, rewrites, translates, excerpts and reads out no manufacturer’s instructions of any kind. It names no brand, model, step number or part number. It gives no sequence. It does not cover fixing anything to a wall, what anything will hold, or the use of power tools. The full statement of what it is and is not is in the AI notice.
It sells no physical goods, ships nothing, and holds no product database.
Prices, currency and tax
All prices are shown in US dollars and include VAT at 20%. Nothing is added at a later screen. Where a bank applies its own conversion or fee, that is a matter between you and your bank.
The plans, what each includes, and how billing works are set out on the pricing page and in the terms.
Governing law and complaints
These arrangements are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom you may bring proceedings in your own courts, and nothing here takes away any right you have under the law of the country you live in.
Complaints go to support@amalte.shop. They are acknowledged within two working days and answered within ten. There is no alternative dispute resolution scheme that this company is required to use, and it has not joined one; that does not affect your right to go to court.
Complaints about how personal data is handled can also go to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Details are in the privacy notice.
